- Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering fields.
- At least 3 years of working experience in a technical or engineering-related role.
- Knowledge of mechanical components, motors, wire ropes, and wear & tear parts is highly preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle technical issues independently.
- Willing to travel occasionally to support operations outside Sibu and other regions.
