10 June 2026, Pansar joined the annual Talent Recruitment and Career Exhibition (TRACE) 2026 at DeTAR Putra, Universiti Malaysia Sarawak (UNIMAS). The two-day exhibition served as a dynamic platform for the company to connect directly with ambitious final-year students, recent graduates, and job seekers looking to build meaningful careers, with Pansar offering career opportunities across Sarawak, Sabah, and West Malaysia.
Throughout the event, our Human Resources representatives, Ms. Glory Ling and Mr. Alastair Cheng, engaged with booth visitors, offering key insights into our multi-disciplinary business operations and overall corporate environment. Job seekers had the opportunity to submit their resumes on-site or via our website QR code, discuss potential career pathways, and learn more about the diverse professional roles available across our operating divisions. Visitors were also encouraged to follow our social media pages and keep an eye on our official corporate website for upcoming job vacancies.
This exhibition highlights our ongoing commitment to supporting local talent development and fostering strong connections within the academic community, directly supporting SDG 4: Quality Education and SDG 8: Decent Work and Economic Growth. By actively participating in regional recruitment initiatives, we continue to build a robust pipeline for organizational growth while empowering the next generation of industry leaders.
