29 June to 1 July 2026, Pansar Engineering Services highlighted its ongoing commitment to the built environment by serving as a Platinum Sponsor at the 5th Facility Management Asia Conference (FMAC2026), held at the Raia Hotel & Convention Centre in Kuching, Sarawak. The event was officiated by Sarawak State Secretary YB Datuk Amar Haji Mohamad Abu Bakar Bin Marzuki, bringing together industry leaders, policymakers, and technical experts under the theme “Sustainable Facilities Management: Holistic Benefits for all Stakeholders” to advance building management practices across the region.
Our dedicated Facility Management and Maintenance (FMM) team actively engaged throughout the event, contributing valuable insights during technical sessions and speaker presentations. PES General Manager, Mr Eric Phan, delivered a featured address examining the critical importance of incorporating operational soft service requirements directly into initial architectural design briefs. His presentation underscored how early-stage planning optimizes asset performance, enhances workplace safety, and significantly reduces long-term life-cycle maintenance costs for building owners.
In addition to hosting a corporate exhibition booth where the FMM team showcased their comprehensive facility management and maintenance solutions, Pansar played an active role in the conference’s practical activities. The FMM team co-led an operational post-conference tour of the iconic Borneo Cultures Museum alongside JKR Sarawak, walking 34 delegates through the venue’s modern facility layout, operational safeguards, and daily management practices.
