20 to 24 May 2025, Pansar Company was proud to support Malaysia’s key enforcement agencies during this year’s Langkawi International Maritime and Aerospace Exhibition (LIMA), a prestigious regional event that welcomed over 500 exhibitors from 25 countries.
This event, held at the Mahsuri International Exhibition Centre and Resort World waterfront, LIMA 2025 once again served as a vital platform for showcasing cutting-edge maritime and aerospace technologies.
On-Site Support for Mercury-Powered Assets
With multiple government assets on display and in operation, many powered by Mercury Outboard Motors, our team from HQ and the KL Regional office was stationed on-site to provide technical support throughout the event.
One notable incident involved a Navy Ibrahim-class fast craft fitted with triple Mercury Racing 400 engines, which collided with a mooring boat during rehearsal. Our team responded immediately, conducted inspection upon arrival, and successfully proposed a repair solution. The job was secured swiftly, contributing to the Navy’s readiness for the event.
Strengthening Strategic Relationships
In line with our long-term commitment to service excellence, we also made courtesy visits to key clients:
MMEA: We reconnected with Laksamana Pertama Maritim Mazlan Bin Mat Rejab, who continues to express strong confidence in Mercury engines for their fast craft.
Customs: Puan Suhaila from Royal Malaysian Customs HQ showed interest in our service capabilities and network support.
Navy: Rear Admiral Dato’ Ir. Ts. Hj Mohd Shaiful Adli Chung Abdullah appreciated Pansar’s presence and expressed interest in future collaborations to improve their assets.
Mercury on Display
Numerous enforcement vessels equipped with Mercury OBMs were featured both on display and in live demonstrations, further reinforcing Mercury’s reputation as a trusted power solution for mission-critical operations.
