- Diploma or equivalent qualification in a relevant field.
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the engine parts industry.
- Some knowledge of Marine engines and their parts.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Proficient in using computer systems and software for parts identification and costing.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and self-motivated attitude.
