SIBU: Pansar Berhad, the company formerly known as PWE Industries Berhad, declared a dividend of 4% less 25% income tax after posting healthy numbers for its financial year ended 31 March 2011 with turnover of RM 355 million, gross profit of RM 51 million, after tax profit of just under RM 20 million and earnings per share of 8.37 sen.
