30 October to 03 November 2024, Pansar Miri made a notable appearance at the Miri Trade Fair (Mitraf) 28, held at Permaisuri Imperial City Mall and The Imperial Mall. This being our first participation at the event, Pansar Miri seized the opportunity to engage directly with the public, highlighting a wide range of solutions for industries including building and construction materials, agro-engineering, marine and industrial, electrical and air conditioning, and heavy equipment.
During Mitraf 28, we displayed products tailored to modern construction needs, such as Lysaght roofing systems, Rockwool insulation, Sika building solutions, and Niro Granite tiles. In addition, the paint brand Jotun, alongside sanitaryware from Claytan, was on display, demonstrating the quality and breadth of solutions Pansar offers to meet various project requirements. Visitors also had the opportunity to explore Leili fertilizers, Midea Track Set, Philips Lighting, Fuchs engine oil, and Davey water pumps.
While our booth showcased these featured products, we also provided brochures covering our full range of solutions, allowing potential customers to learn about additional offerings. Sales representatives were available to engage visitors, discuss their specific needs, and provide expert advice on how Pansar’s products and services could help address their challenges, ultimately supporting increased sales through personalized interactions.
Pansar Miri Branch Manager, Mr. Tiong Young Pink, emphasized our dedication to delivering comprehensive service offerings beyond product sales. “We are not only focused on selling products. We provide full after-sales services, including repairs and spare parts, ensuring that our customers receive the support they need long after the sale is made. Whether it’s marine engines, industrial pumps, or air conditioning systems, we ensure that our clients can rely on us for maintenance and service.”
To further engage the public, we provided balloons at the event, drawing increased foot traffic to the booth. Visitors were also encouraged to follow Pansar’s Facebook page to stay updated on products and services. As a result, our Facebook page saw an increase from 3,732 likes before the event to 3,952 likes after, adding a total of 220 new followers and expanding our online presence.
Pansar participation in Mitraf 28 marked a significant step in strengthening our presence in the Miri region. With a focus on delivering quality solutions across various industries, we continue to build on our long-standing reputation for reliability and customer support. Pansar remains committed to meeting the evolving needs of our clients through a diverse product range and dedicated after-sales service.
