In a remarkable display of community spirit and corporate social responsibility, Pansar Company, together with members of the Agape Centre Sibu, joined forces for a transformative initiative. Over three days, from the 5th to the 8th of August 2023, a team of 11 dedicated volunteers from the Pansar Staff Club, in collaboration with Agape Centre members, undertook the task of reviving and rejuvenating the Agape Centre Sibu’s surrounding fence.
This heartwarming initiative was made even more impactful by the participation of volunteers from various organizations. Notably, 4 volunteers from the Sibu Autistic Association, 4 from the Methodist Care Centre, 4 from the Association of Children with Special Needs, 13 from Special Olympics, and 2 from the Agape Clinic joined hands with the Pansar Company team. Together, this diverse group of volunteers worked tirelessly, investing their time and energy to ensure the comprehensive cleaning and painting process was successfully completed within three days.
While it may appear as a simple act of painting, this endeavor was nothing short of injecting life, color, and positivity into the environment. The choice of colors symbolized values we hold dear: hope, resilience, and renewal. It was a testament to the belief that even the smallest actions can create profound ripple effects within a community.
Pansar Company’s participation in this project demonstrated its commitment to going beyond profit and contributing to the betterment of society.
