- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Air Conditioning and Refrigeration, or a related field.
- Preferably 1–3 years of experience in product management, technical sales, marketing, or a related field. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Basic knowledge of electrical products, air-conditioning systems, or related equipment.
- Good analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data, market trends, and competitor activities.
- Good communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Willing to travel for market visits, product training, and promotional activities when required.
- Possess a valid driving licence.
