6 August 2026, Pansar Engineering Services was invited to participate in the Seminar Personel Binaan & Pengurusan Fasiliti 2026, organized by CIDB Malaysia Negeri Sarawak. Following participant registration starting at 8:00 am and the opening ceremonies at 9:00 am, the program proceeded with foundational sessions led by the organizing body. These covered Act 520 requirements, personnel accreditation, and professional certification pathways. Building on these regulatory frameworks, Mr Eric took the stage during Slot 4 for the industry sharing segment to address the evolving complexities and current challenges in modern facility management (FM).
