27 February 2026, Pansar Sandakan hosted its Annual Dinner at Empire Restaurant. The event brought together 22 Pansar staff, along with distinguished guests, Mr. Pau Keak Ing (Head of Risk Management & Administration, Head Office), Mr. Ngo Kwong Hing (Quantity Surveyor, Head Office), and Mr. Lee Muk Sui (Sabah Regional Manager). It was a truly joyful and heartwarming evening.
The celebration began with the auspicious Yee Sang tossing, a meaningful tradition symbolizing prosperity, abundance, and great fortune for the year ahead. The room was filled with laughter, cheer, and positive energy as everyone came together to share this special moment, followed by a delightful feast prepared especially for the occasion.
Excitement continued to build with the lucky draw session, where attractive electrical prizes added to the thrill of the night. The top prize was proudly won by Ms. Wee Siew Hing, followed by Mr. Tamimu as the 2nd prize winner and Ms. Goh Wai Zen as the 3rd prize winner. Adding even more joy and laughter, a fun mini game was held where participants tested their luck by cutting strings to reveal their prizes, bringing smiles and unforgettable moments to everyone. Ms Christina Pang won the highlight Ang Pow prize.
The evening also honored dedication and loyalty through the Long Service Awards. Mr. Pau Keak Ing and Mr. Lee Muk Sui presented the awards to the deserving recipients. Mr. Lau Ing Jun (Pansar Sandakan Branch Manager) was recognized for his outstanding 35 years of service, while Mr. Manjak Bin Kedangan was celebrated for 10 years of commitment. Their remarkable contributions were met with warm applause and heartfelt appreciation from all.
