19 March, 2024, Pansar Kuching Electrical and Aircon Business Unit proudly hosted the Philips Product Training at the UCSI Hotel in Kuching. This dynamic two-day event brought together Sales Executives, Sales Coordinators, Sales and Marketing Director, Product Managers, Branch Managers, and Regional Sales Managers from various branches, all representing the Electrical and Air Conditioning division. Two Product Specialists from Kuala Lumpur acted as training speakers in this event.
The training began with a warm welcome from Mr. Eric, General Manager of Pansar Engineering Services. After that, Mr. K. C. Ho, the Product Specialist from Kuala Lumpur, set the tone for an enlightening training session. He led the session delving into the realm of Ultra Efficient Lighting products, LED Bulbs, LED Downlights, Deco Solar Wall Lights, Deco Solar Street Lights, Deco Solar Flood Lights, Deco Solar Deck Lights, Deco Solar Pathway Lights, Deco Solar Strings, Deco Solar Bollards, and Wiz Connected Lighting. For the Wiz Connected Lighting, he also demonstrated how to use the mobile app Wiz to control the turning on and off of the lighting in different rooms with just one click. Additionally, he offered valuable insights and comparisons with conventional lighting solutions.
Furthermore, Mr Waqas, the Product Specialist from Kuala Lumpur, supplemented the session with in-depth knowledge and background information on lighting technologies, enriching the participants’ understanding. Throughout the training, Mr K. C. Ho engaged the attendees with product demonstrations, allowing them to interact directly with the lighting products and gain a tactile understanding of their features and capabilities.
The following day started with the session of Signify Starz Club 2024 program led by Kevin Ng, Regional Sales Manager from Kuala Lumpur. This program aims to offer members who choose Pansar as a long-term distributor the benefit of product stock supply, with Pansar offering rebates and discounts on the stock. Additionally, members can also earn rewards with every purchase of Philips lighting products. Furthermore, Kevin Ng also shared on how to use the sales tools to equip our sales team to go into the market.
After that, Pansar also invited attendees from Siong How Electrical & Electronic to participate in this training, fostering a collaborative learning environment where both their salespersons and our staff engaged in cross-learning opportunities, further enhancing knowledge exchange and professional development.
