27 February 2024, Pansar Kuching collaborated with Signify and successfully hosted the Philips Lighting Technical Workshop at the Waterfront Hotel in Kuching. This engaging workshop lasted 4 hours, beginning at 2:00 pm and ending at 06:00 pm, and a diverse audience of 30 participants attended including representatives from companies based in Kuala Lumpur.
The workshop began with a welcome address by Ms. Iva Lee, Signify Malaysia’s Professional Trade Commercial Leader, setting an inviting tone for the day’s proceedings. This was followed by an insightful session led by Ms Rhoda Huang, the Product Manager for Outdoor Management from Signify China, focusing on Road and Streetlight management.
Continuing the momentum, Mr. Thaw Shen Liu, the Application Specialist from LIAS of Signify Malaysia (LIAS), shared fundamental insights into Light Design, enriching attendees with essential principles and best practices. After a refreshing tea break, Mr. Arsalan Ahmed, the Product Marketer from Signify Malaysia, engaged participants with an informative session on landscape and compound lighting, showcasing the latest advancements in outdoor lighting technology.
Concluding the workshop sessions, Mr. Aravind Krishnan Nair, the Specification Sales Specialist from LIAS of Signify Malaysia, delivered an insightful workshop focused on Retail and Hotel Lighting. Leveraging his expertise, Mr. Nair provided attendees with practical solutions tailored specifically for retail and hospitality environments.
