15 November 2023, Pansar Bintulu proudly announces the successful conclusion of a comprehensive general overhaul of main engines for two 45-ton tugboats, MT DURAR and MT DURRAH, equipped with Yanmar Large Marine Engine 6N280-EN.
This milestone not only marks the triumphant completion of the Bintulu Port General Overhaul Contract but also strengthens the enduring partnership between Pansar and Bintulu Port, built on trust and sustained excellence over the years.

Initiated on 17 July 2023, the project was executed with precision, meeting stringent timelines set for the overhaul of both vessels, MT DURAR and MT DURRAH. The coordinated effort between Pansar Company Sdn Bhd (PCSB) and Bintulu Port Sdn Bhd (BPSB) showcased seamless integration, with PCSB providing a skilled workforce and BPSB contributing essential manpower throughout the project duration.
BPSB’s support throughout the overhaul process, including the provision of a secure storage room for spare parts and tools, as well as assistance in lifting works, played a crucial role in ensuring a smooth and efficient operation.
