When the going gets tough, the tough get going.
The more than 300 participants at the Saberkas Unit Borneo Eco Trek 5th Anniversary Run clearly showed they’ve got what it takes to be mentally tough and physically strong as they completed the run.
The participants from all walks of life, young and old- hashed through hills and tough terrains, all in search of exercise, camaraderie and good times.
Despite the having their mental, physical and stamina fully tested throughout the run, the participants had a fun run after all throughout the afternoon last Saturday at the hilly side of Sibintek, 24th Mile of Jalan Oya, Sibu where the run was held.
The run, flagged off by Datuk James Tai also attracted hashers from China, Tatau, Bintulu, West Malaysia and Kuching.
The participants also took the opportunity to mingle around during light refreshment after the run.
