- Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Marketing, Business, or related disciplines with a minimum of 2 years of relevant equipment sales experience.
- Fresh graduates Mechanical/Electrical Engineering are welcome to apply as training will be provided.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of engaging effectively with both internal teams and external customers.
- Proactive, confident, and results-driven, with strong negotiation and sales-closing abilities.
- Self-disciplined, punctual, and able to manage workload independently with minimal supervision.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office: Word and Excel, with the ability to prepare and submit weekly sales reports.
- Able to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Willing and able to travel outstation weekly as required.
