Sikatop Seal 107
SIKA | Building Products, Construction ChemicalsSikaTop Seal 107 is a cement based 2-component polymer modified water-proof slurry coating. It is applied to concrete and mortar to prevent water infiltration. SikaTop Seal 107 has been approved by the British Board of Agreement, Certificate No. 87/1938.
SikaTop Seal 107 is suitable for:
- Interior and exterior waterproofing and damp-proofing concrete, mortar renderings, brickwork and blockwork.
- Protection of concrete structures against the effects of carbon dioxide, de-icing salts and freeze-thaw.
- Rigid waterproofing of water tanks, swimming pools, etc.
- Exterior waterproofing of basement walls in new buildings.
- Sealing internal basement walls against dampness.
- Sealing fine “hairline” cracks in concrete structures not subject to movement.
